THE BELGRADE EX-LIBRIS CIRCLE is a non-governmental, a-political, non-profit arts association, founded in July 1994, with the aim of bringing together persons sharing a common interest in ex-libris in Yugoslavia and abroad. Its members meet several times a year, to foster knowledge, research and interest in ex-libris, and to organize events and publications relating to the subject.
